We all know that crystals can gather and grow our energy, but most people have no idea how to use them. A great way to get benefits from your crystals is to learn how to make crystal grids. Chakra stones, also known as chakra crystals, are powerful tools that are believed to assist in balancing and aligning the body's energy centers. These gemstones are said to interact with the human body by resonating with its natural vibrational energy and enhancing the flow of energy through the seven main chakras along the spine.

To properly place chakra stones, start at the base of the spine and work upwards. The root chakra stone goes on the groin or feet, the sacral chakra stone on the lower abdomen, and the solar plexus stone near the navel. Continue with the heart chakra stone on the chest, throat chakra stone on the neck, third eye chakra stone on the forehead, and crown chakra stone at the top of the head.
